Evening Update – Oct. 31

Medically not much to update. Meg should be done with her IV antibiotics and they removed the IV.

In other news, yesterday she got a special delivery from some amazing folks. Attaching a couple pictures of that.

Also, I brought her clarinet to her. She was able to play right away. She is struggling with some of the higher and lower notes but could do a few scales from memory and even a couple simple songs.

Her biggest complaint is she can’t get great posture and that affects her playing. I said it wasn’t medical news but the nurse heard her play and said she was putting that in her notes for today. It really speaks to a lot of her recovery.
